As President of Warkentin & Associates (since 1983), I have
conducted technical research for commercial and government clients,
and have designed or developed software solutions for
various clients in the areas of banking, medicine, law enforcement,
agriculture, fire prevention, hazardous waste management, and
other industries. Additionally, I have advised dozens of organizations
on technology assessment and feasibility analysis. These projects
